Slowing down and moving for quality allows you to see constant progress without injury. It is the key to longevity. Strength training is essential for overall health, improving metabolism, joint & bone health, and reducing risk of injury.
This is a Strength biased Strength & Conditioning program. This program utilizes the primary movement patterns: Squat/Hinge/Push/Pull/Carry/Core Stability. It consists of 3 lift days each ending with a supporting conditioning circuit (classes available), 2 optional (independent) training days that maximize aerobic fitness, core/accessory, and mobility, and unlimited access to Open Gym, Yoga, and Saturday CrossFit. Remote option available. This program does NOT utilize Olympic Lifting or CrossFit style gymnastics.
This program currently runs in 3 month cohorts. Next enrollment is for Feb. 2025.

Yin Yoga is a practice of connective tissue and fascia release as a counter-practice for our active bodies and lifestyles. Through a passive muscle approach, postures target areas of restriction surrounding all joints with benefits including: Increases range of motion, decreases pain/inflammation, reduces scar tissue, encourages recovery, increases breath capacity, down-regulates the nervous system, and improves sleep. This practice prepares the body for improved performance, meditation, sleep, recovering energy, focus, and clarity.
