RIGAR Performance is built on the values of Effort, Respect, Courage and Inclusion and strives to bring the greater Denver area together through fitness. Every program will challenge you, keep you focused and get you stronger. Whether you’re sixteen or sixty, just starting out or looking to compete, our programming is designed to motivate and produce results. Who we are

our story

We are beyond grateful to serve the greater Denver area with a heightened level of care and professionalism in the health and fitness space. RIGAR Performance was founded on a shared vision of doing better for our Denver community. A vision of top notch facilities, programming and coaching. A level of care that combines technical coaching and science-based programming with authenticity, compassion, and togetherness. 

We wanted to create a place where people come to train hard and have fun – the ying and the yang. RIGAR Performance combines passion for training with connection. Our product is effective, sustainable, and enjoyable. We strive every day to be a sanctuary for growth as people search to better themselves through fitness.

At RIGAR Performance we coach on an individual basis, even in a group setting. We take the time to get to know each member of our community on an individual basis and tailor the group programming to each members’ needs. Our coaches have over a decade of experience and are well-known among the Denver community. We are known to provide exceptional coaching, bringing out the best in people. RIGAR Performance strives to be a second home and family to our members.

We offer world-class programming and coaching across multiple class types (all classes are programmed intentionally to be interchangeable), access to in-house rehab specialists, and weekly yoga classes!

Proper training volume and intensity is not one size fits all. Many factors play a role in determining optimal training volume. Schedule your free consultation with a coach to get individualized feedback.

We focus on functional movement patterns. You will see a mix of weight-lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning.

Most times we are able to adjust class programming to work around injuries. However, please consult with your doctor.

We have flexible Open Gym hours throughout the day that make it easy to get a good workout in for those tight on time. Members get access to our in-house programming so you will always have a coach near by and a program to follow.

Please wear clothing and shoes that are safe for physical activity. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle!
